Short Film

 

We ended up filming our short film last week for the short film screening project. We decided to go with a scarier more mysterious film. I do not want to reveal too much, but it is about a character getting stalked by another character through pretty much the whole film. We got a lot of different shots like close ups and long shots that we were happy with when we looked at our end product. The whole process took only about an hour and twenty minutes to finish everything. For this we just used the class time that was given to us that Monday.

We filmed everything on campus near the Goldspohn building where our class holds it's meetings. We filmed most of it right outside the building and some inside. We ended up doing a couple shots on the street near the houses behind Goldspohn and also some shots inside our actual classroom. Everything we did was simple, at least I thought so, and it worked out to be very effective in creating the atmosphere we needed for a stalking film. I also thought that getting enough time would be an issue but we actually had plenty of clips to use and even some extra that we decided to include or not to.
